CANCELLATION TERMS FOR FIXED DEPARTURES

In case you are unable to trek on the dates fixed earlier, and you notify us more than 3 months prior to departure, we will refund the entire booking amount/ advance. If the trek is less than 3 months away we will hold your deposit as credit against a future trip, within one year from the date of original departure.

If  you cancel your trip less than 15 days before departure, we will charge 50 per cent as cancellation fee and the remaining 50 per cent will be used as credit agains a future trip, within one year from the date of original departure. There will be no refund less than 7 days prior to departure.

Please note that any advances paid to third parties such as hotels, taxis etc will be deducted from credit voucher amount, regardless of the number of days before the trip that the cancellation takes place.

Cancellation charges may also be waived off entirely if the outgoing participant can be replaced by another person subject to the discretion of the trip leader from AntHill Adventures.
